Total Germophobe Posts: 6443 Location: Montana	I'm looking at a Circle Y Marlene Mcrae Special Effx saddle for sale, but the tree code for the serial number is one I haven't seen before (I'm fairly familiar with Circle Y saddles). The serial # is 180634571103. I've looked at the serial number multiple times and the tree code looks like a 3, and I know it should be a 1 or a 5. Any experience in this regard? Thanks!

Circle Y's Number is (800) 531-3600 They answer 8AM to 5PM CST Daily. Call them and ask them to do a serial number look up and they can get you all the correct info. I had one that didn't line up either. Sometimes they accidentally stamp a few more or a few less numbers every couple hundred or so. Mine had an extra 1 in it. LOL The rep appologized and said: "Guess it was made on a Friday..." LOL

Expert Posts: 3815 Location: The best kept secret in TX	Also, The tree code for saddles made 2006 to present are: 04- Regular Bar, 05- Wide Bar, 06-Draft Bar. Info is found here. http://www.circley.com/faq/how-do-i-read-my-serial-number/ But by this diagram the serial number doesn't ad up. I would call Circle Y in the morning and get someone to pull it up for you. This saddle code reads 1806 as a style number and I do belive those saddles were discontinued. Tried doing a google search for the style number and it kept saying is was discontinued which means it will be hard to find info on it without calling Circle Y.
