Location: Running my kids somewhere.		I am seeing more and more people adding a blood builder.  EQ Royal has a 3 month trial I am considering.  Does anyone have experience with these?  Which one?  What are you seeing for results?  

I looked for past chats on this but really not finding anything.

I guess it would depend on what you are hoping to get out of it? I am not familiar with EQ Royal...

Personally, I use good, old Red Cell, very economical and provides a little boost.

I am a fan of MVP products, so my next suggestion would be to check out their Blood-Cell 2X or B-Tonic line. You can easily compare ingredients and cost per feeding.
