Location: Missouri | I am so excited you are doing this again!!! I've had so much fun in the past, shopping and receiving (I've had THE BEST secret santas)! Made some new friends as well. Perfect timing, too - our association finals is the first week in November, so I can shop while I'm there!! I actually saw some things last weekend when I was in the city that I thought "oh I hope we do secret santa again, this would be a great idea".
I'm a single mom of two teenagers (one away at college), so I'm always the one shopping for gifts - this is truly the one thing at Christmas that is for me - thanks for letting me be selfish LOL. About me: well, I go from timing at rodeos to being rodeo queen mom to working full time in a professional setting, so I wear everything from rodeo clothes to bling & wow to office dress clothes. My "personal style" is more of the rodeo bling/chunky turquoise/trendy western. I like to eat, read, sew (tons for my rodeo queen daughter, not so much for myself). Shamelessly addicted to coffee, chocolate, jewelry, and makeup. Besides my two human kids, my Catahoula "Ruger" is my 3rd child. My decor is pretty much "early end of rodeo season" and dog hair at the moment - hat boxes, boots, odd bags (maybe someone send me a housekeeper?!), three big dogs running in and out - during the winter when I'm home it's mainly earth tones with western style (Tim Cox prints, metal crosses, laser cut metal western wall hangings) with a bit of a minimalist approach. The LQ in my trailer is browns/copper.
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? Β The knockoff imitation Yeti stainless big tumbler/travel mug things - they're like $10 at Wally World (ya I'm a cheap date lol). ETA: body lotion/creme/perfume - for winter I love amber undertones, or super moisturizing lotion for everyday! Scarves - infinity or normal - love these but never buy them (more neutral & jewel tones & fall plaids or knits - not pastel)
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?Β Β Either is awesome, but since the horses are technically my daughter's (see below), I'm going to lean more towards not as much horse/tack - unless it's for the rider!Β
- 3 specific items that you would love to receive Β - I would rather my secret santa just shop! It's awesome being totally surprised - this is the only time of year I get that and it has been wonderful!
- Favorite color - turquoise, coral, copper, black, leopard print
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. - I still haven't been able to replace my personal horse I sold when daughter got so involved in rodeo, but she "let's" me ride her young one to help put miles on her. For some reason I used to think working with the green ones was fun, sigh - we're getting there though. So, I'm still horseless, technically. Zee (her filly I ride) is a 15h sooty buckskin, built like a tank overall and in need of a weight loss boot camp.
- Information regarding your other petsΒ - Ruger (3rd kid and in my profile) is my Catahoula - my pride and joy. He has traveled everywhere with us since he was 5 1/2 weeks old and keeps me sane. He got an awesome collar from my secret santa a few years ago, but has worn it out. He would love a studly looking macho dog collar (he's huge for a Catahoula - 95 pounds with a 19.5"ish neck)
- Other - Β I'll love anything you choose - easy to please, I'm a thrift store & secondhand junkie, for clothes I wear a size 0 or 1 x 34 jeans, xmall or small shirts, love LOVE palazzo pants - add them to my addictions (I wear them to work too), long sweaters, anything warm, soft and furry. I am ALWAYS cold. My latest treat to me: The Instant Gratification jewelry at Hobby Lobby - leather bracelet with changeable metal sayings. I have one - the thin brown leather wrap cording bracelet that takes the smaller metal sayings (only have one hook on each side) - so there's an idea!Β Oh..and I love sugar skulls - on pretty much anything!

My horses get all my income, I do have a polo wrap problem and never turn those down lol. I would love a new wild rag, mine is getting pretty ratty and I love hand made things from my buddies <3
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?

Kitty (my precious princess) 10 year old dun mare 14.2hh regular sized head and blanket size 75
Batman 4 year old black gelding 13.3hh small head and blanket size 64ish
nobody really has a color scheme going on. I guess most of Kitty's stuff is copper or earth tones and turquoise. Batman has everyone's hand-me-downs so looks like a rainbow barf explosion at the moment lol. Kitty is the horse I do everything on including run barrels. I would like to eventually show Batman but he's green and we will have to work out the color thing

cat- bad tiny

I'm in my mid 20's, live in a cold weather state, trail ride a lot besides running barrels, collect all things horse, I love to bead and braid, sew and draw beyond the horse addiction. Size medium or large. I'll add more later as I think of things.

| Thank you to the folks heading this up again this year I So enjoyed buying for my SS pal last year. I hope she like everything.
Something I would like to have and would not buy. Bronc Halter, spur straps with my initials on them
Don't care if the gift is for me or my horse
3 things I would like to have Monogramed Cap (navy), Spurs, Spur straps with my initials on it
Fav color Green (any green but Kelly or forest) fall colors orange, red, blues, browns
Horses names Koony bay quarter horse size, Escape Bay quarter Horse, and Red sorrel quarter horse all are geldings Koony is my main barrel horse I ride him most the other two I have stepped off for the time being so my son and daughter in law can run as I would rather them haul with me than have the horses. So Koony is my man. All my horses wear m boots and 78 blankets.
I have a Aussi name Roper and a Kelpie puppy named Sister and then we have a heard of cows
Other information I love anything. I am a teacher/radiologic technologist LOVE teaching, I am not a fancy person at all I don't do jewelry, makeup or anything like that but I will rock the heck out of some western bling like spur straps, belt etc. I Like hoody's, Sweat shirts, t shirts, love arts and crafts, any thing to do with a horse. I don't like stuff to set around the house.
I read (Murder Mystery's) sew, do home improvements (Just recently redid my bath went all the way to the floor joist and back up, sub floor, tile cabinets, pluming the whole thing) wood work, crochet, I like anything for a horse I think I might be obsessed with halters as I have like 20 but still want more, I wear Medium size,
Forgot to tell y'all I am OLD 50+ years old. Most likely the oldest one on here but that is ok.

Location: Montana | - What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? I really like lotion, especially the ones that smell good. My hands get so dry and a nice creamy, nice smelling lotion is always appreciated. - Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? I like a mix. - 3 specific items that you would love to recieve Surprise me :) But I'd really like to find a really soft pair of one piece reins. I don't know who makes them or where to find them, but I used a set at my trainer's and loved them! They had snap ends for quick change, but they were SO SOFT. They are braided and I think are probably made out of cotton, but I'm not sure. I'd also really like an over/under whip. - Favorite color First Orange, then second turquoise. I like most anything colorful - Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. My main mount is Pebbles (Reds Foxxe Lady Bug), she's 15 this year and she is a chestnut. She's about 14.2 hands high and wears a medium. I've been using pink on her, but have no set color. My other horse is QT (Hills Dashs Black QT), and she's 2 years old. She's currently at the trainer, and I'm not really sure what size she is yet. She currently stands about 14 to 14.1 hands, but I expect her to get bigger. She's as black as they come with a white start, strip, and snip (think Black Beauty). She's definitely a handful so far! She looks good in about any color, but I'm planning on going with zebra print and turquoise with her as that is the tack set I have for her. She looks great in orange too! - Information regarding your other pets I have a 9 year old Boston Terrier dog, larger than any other Boston Terriers at nearly 40 lbs (and a purebred!) He's smart as can be, but is getting older. He's also spoiled rotten, LOL. I'm hoping to get a new mini Aussie pup some time in the near future, but don't have one yet. - Other Well, a little about me, I'm in my mid-20's. I love horses, dogs, Ford Mustangs, Dodge Cummins trucks, dark chocolate and Starbucks coffee. I have a definite sweet tooth too! I work all the time, whether at my job, extra projects or with my horses. I live in Montana, where it gets cold a lot so I appreciate anything warm from socks to scarves to gloves. I really like to read, but I don't have a set genre, basically anything that captures my attention. I typically wear a size small in women's shirt sizes, but hats/helmets I'm typically a medium. I want to become a better rider and barrel racer, but that is hard to wrap up and put in a box, LOL. My horses are what are important to me, and they are what I work for. I have had so much fun with this exchange and that I am most happy with whatever and am glad to be included again.

Location: Oregon | I am 29 years old, married, no 2 legged kids.
I'm a size 5 in jeans, women's medium (sometimes large if they fit smaller) in tops, pretty much live in hoodies. Also sweat pants when at home. Love, love, love wild rags for the colder winter races! Sometimes wear ball caps.
Love my Oregon State Beavers!
Hubby and I have a little house - about 750 sq feet. Always looking for western dΓ©cor for that! and Painted Ponies. Been moved in about a year, and I've still done absolutely no decorating! lol!!
Look me up on fb - Niki Davila! I'm always up for new friends!!!
I have 3 dogs - Blue Heeler named Jordan, a little yellow lab named Tiffany and an Australian Kelpie mix named Perla. Everyone always asks if Tiffany is still a puppy, as she is so small, but she is 5 years old and only about 40 lbs. I always tease that she is the little labby that never grew! Perla was our rescue from Cabo San Lucas this May. She was at the humane society there and we decided to adopt her and give her a happy life! All three wear about a size 15-17 or so collar. They are all right around 40 lbs.
I have 3 horses -
Blitz is my current competitive mare. 7 years old, dark liver chestnut/sorrel, has mostly lime green stuff - halter, hay bags, leg wraps, bell boots (medium/large), etc
Rocky - Blitz's half brother, 12 year old cremello. Hoping I can get him over his issues from a previous owner abusing him to become a successful barrel horse. Mostly has turquoise and orange stuff. Medium/Large bell boots
Tucker - retired barrel/gaming horse. 17 years old palomino. Fractured his hock 2.5 years ago and will never run barrels again, but runs around the pasture like a mindless idiot! Totally enjoying retirement!
Something I could really use is another set of reins for races. I have recently fallen in love with the circle y braided reins available from the tack stop.
All my horses love cookies, but Blitz and Rocky have a corn allergy - so any cookies sent to them cannot contain corn at all! They love the haystacks alfalfa/berry treats!
LOVE PHT stuff, sore no more, professionals choice, classic equine.. I'll post more as I think of more!
Love chocolate and almost anything pumpkin spice, love starbucks hot chocolate - not a coffee drinker.
Love fall/holiday type scents - pumpkin, spicey, cinnamon, etc..
Love saddle crosses/feathers/etc - Blingy is good! :)
No real dislikes - not a huge fan of animal prints or pink, but if used tastefully, I'm ok with that.
I'm super excited for the Secret Santa this year. I love shopping for people and surprising them!

| I love doing this, so to answer the questions.
What is something I really want but wouldn't buy for myself, honestly not sure.
Would I prefer a horse gift or not, doesn't matter, but my horses have most of everything they need.
3 items that I would love to receive (I'll give you 5)
A "wild rag" or something similar to keep my neck warm as I ride in the bitter North
I am new to the helmet world, and am still trying to figure out how to keep my ears warm, so if people have ideas wonderful.
Anything back on track I am really liking my western bot pad liner, now I think I need more lol.
Mule tape halters
And the most important thing I would like is something that explains/describes you or your town. It lets me learn more about you. Examples I have received in the past, a homemade barbecue sauce, homemade soap.
Favorite colours- don't have any but definitely dislike orange and yellow
Horses names
Twistin Firefly bay (Twistin)
Mp speedy chic bay (chic)
Fire n corona sorrel (honey)

Cute holiday themed wreaths, porch signs etc. This past year Ive worked worked worked and its time for some me time, plan is to get Blue broke out and attend as many fun shows, trail rides and barrel races as possible. Enjoy my friends company and maybe even get the hubby to tag along! We picked Blue up in MO and my husband is in love with him, hes been around horses his whole life and for whatever reason these two just hit it off! | |

| - What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself?
Being a 2nd year college student, there's not much I can justify buying for myself lol
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?
Horse-related but either is fine :)
- 3 specific items that you would love to receive
I'll give more than 3, which will hopefully be helpful, but I will honestly be thrilled with whatever I receive!
Nice leather over-under (love beading), nice metal stirrups, anything sparkly/blingy (the more bling the better! lol), polos, a nice leather belt for me (wear a jeans size 28-29), leather barrel reins, mule tape halter
- Favorite color
Turquoise, any blues, also love leopard print
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc.
Cool, 10 year old red roan quarter horse gelding, runs in lime green and turquoise. Size 76. Large legs.

Well to tell a little bit about me, I am 19 years old from the dead center of Wisconsin. I am going to school at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for pre-veterinary medicine with an equine emphasis. I love to cook and bake, and ride my horses. I love all things barrel racing, and going to rodeos with my school's rodeo team. I wear a size 28-29 in jeans, size M in shirt. Also totally fine with receiving gently used tack, I like to be thrifty hah Also love sweatpants, hoodies, and baseball caps! Big Green Bay Packers fan, and huge hockey lover (Joe Pavelski specifically). Cornbread english muffins are also a favorite food of mine, that they just don't seem to sell this far north.
I hope that helps my secret santa a little bit, but I honestly will be thrilled with whatever I am given. I just love doing this!!
