SO many options in joint supplement just wonder what people use and like that isn't going to clean my bank account out. no one uses joint supplement, a lot of looks and no one has an opinion hard to believe with barrel racers. lol

There are so so many to choose from. For injectable I have liked Pentosan Gold. For feed through I use JointFlex from THE. Most of my horses get that where only one actually needs an injectable. The JointFlex is $125 for 80 days worth so pretty cost effective. I also use FlamOxide for my really old 2 that the kids ride. It does wonders when they are stiff and sore.

I've been using Animal Element Foundation Detox for over six years now, it has HA and MSM for joint support and Magnesium for digestive, no fillers like many other products on the market.

I really never used a feed through but actiflex 4000 is absolutely affordable and I have seen results! But I also use adequan for horses with no issues and pentosan gold for those with issues.

My horse has been on Tight Joints Plus for almost 2 month and I'm seeing subtle differences. He's less agitated loping to the right which is his "bad" side. Also running around a lot more in turnout.

I have been feeding 100% pure MSM and Glucosamine 5000. They are both cheap, but I do think they help.

I have tried several over the years - not ever seen to much of a difference - but I've done plenty of research and you can read several article on secondvet.com - he says that almost all of our issues with joints unless its direct trauma comes from gut issues
(and I know this is true in humans
) - anyhow I love the curost products they are wonderful but they are EXPENSIVE- so I started doing my own and I buy turmeric 2lbs for 15.00 coconut 2 lbs for can't remmebber for sure but its about $15, and 1 lb of black peppercorn grind it yourself - mix the 3 together and under $60.00 through amazon you have gut, joint , respritory and immune supplement for about 2-3 months. I also do animal elements detox daily and between the 2 products my boys injections have definitely stretched longer than they use to- when I added the turmeric combo I really really seen a difference after about 30 days - you have to feed it 2x daily because turmeric doesn't stay in the body more than about 8 hours

Has anyone else used Tight Joints Plus and had good results? I have been interested in trying it but wanted more opinions on it.
