I switched to buckeye the day I saw it.but I still want to hear from them since they came here and defended themselves and the reps got awfully nasty on their Facebook pages |

Location: Southern Indiana | You can read the court documents including the FDA report online. I find it funny that on their web page they still have blatent lies posted about their practices. I doubt they'll want to comment. Better to say nothing at all for them. |

ADM never denied to me that the feed was tainted. They denied it hurt my horses dn the others that died because the FDA has no limits or standards on feed.

Location: Prosser, WA | I used to love ADM feeds but won't feed from a feed company that lies and denies everything. For me they would be better off to own up to the issue, fix it and continue on. They would rather lie and deny. |

Location: The best kept secret in TX | I have friends still feeding it... Even after I had the conversation with them. Even had one friend call ADM herself just to get me to shut up. She believes every word her rep tells her. Anything the rep suggests she does. It's nuts... Her horse has so many health problems... I just wish she would stop feeding it and go a more "Natural" route... (Alfalfa cubes, Renew Gold, Blue Bonnet etc...) I don't want to end up saying I told you so when something bad happens to any of my friends horses... That would be awful. Very curious what the reps on here have to say tho. I will listen to them with the intent to hear and not to reply. I am just really curious!  |

Same thing happened to someone I know!!!!! I'm sure they are hoping this post will go away.i want to know if they settled out of court AND WHY if they were so innocent. |

| It states plaintiff dismissed with prejudice- the horse owner can not sue for this again. Sounds like the court decided the plaintiff didn't have enough to make a case. |
