| I have lost all hope that anything will be done to her. My thoughts are after she is elected, Trump will do everything in his power to have her impeached. But honestly, I can't even believe we are IN this situation, she SHOULD have her happy A$$ in prison by now - anybody ELSE in the free world would be. |

No, if she has to resign or is impeached AND convicted, we are still stuck with Tim Kaine. Our only hope is she is not elected.

She would still be the elected President. However "IF" there is enough to go to grand jury than the congress would start impeachment. Which if the Republican's hold both houses she would be impeached making Kaine President. |

From what I have read, it would depend on "when" she was incapacitated (dies, convicted, etc) as to who would succeed. If she were convicted (jailed) prior to the Congress ratifying the electoral vote in December, the delegates "may" (unless prohibited by their own state law) may vote for whoever....If she is convicted AFTER the vote is ratified and before inauguration, the VP moves to the position of President. |
