Have any of you used Justifly? We have 50 head of mostly Angus and Angus Plus momma cows, with the rains this year we had a bumper crop of flys. We were penning and spraying on a regular basis. Wanted to try the Justifly so that we were not having to pen as often. Also, I have horses out on the same pastures and they would be able to have access to the same mineral have any of you had any problems with horses that had access to the mineral/Justifly?

We started treating our cattle with LongRange and have seen good results. We have horses out in the pasture as well, and there is enough fly relief just from treating the cows that the horses get relief, too. I haven't heard of Justifly, but I'm also interested to hear about it or any other treatment options people are seeing good results with.

Thanks for sharing about your results with Longrange. We're trying it next season.

I would agree that we use Longrange in the Spring and have had good results with it keep flies away. We do have to Ultra boss them about August or September really just depending on the weather here. But overall it has cut our flies down dramatically. Our local large animal Veterinary was talking our last cattlemen's meeting about Fly Tags. He stated how they were made of something different beside Pymethrin? So this made them work better? Maybe something you check into.
