Location: Deep South | Congrats to the school bus driver on her first qualification and first round win! Talk about a dark horse. I had never heard of Pam Capper and "Jesse" until this week, then they come in smoking and tie the record for fastest round 1 time ever!

Location: Texas | I loved Pam Capper's run. I expect Lisa and Louie and Sherry to get stronger as the week goes on. And except for the barrel down, Michelle and Slick were smokin' too! I don't even know who to really root for, as I like all of them.

I don't know how you improve perfection, but WOW Sherry looks so much better on Arson after a full rodeo season of experience on him. Watching last nights run compared to last years run in the T&M, she looks so much more confident on him. I can't wait to see what they can get done this week! |

Location: Buffalo, Wyoming | I expect Ivy and Tibbie to come back with a vengance. I think first run jitters is all it was, I know dang well it would happen to me and it wouldn't have looked as pretty.
Kimmie Wall is going to hang tuff as well. That little mare made a really nice run last night. |

Location: WI | I just want to add that I love the CBS coverage. I feel like in years past, I was up MUCH later and saw the same 3 commercials all week. The barrel racing was on at 11cst last night - not late at all! |

Location: North Dakota | Why was everyone wearing purple last night? Also I had to laugh cause I started cheering when I saw Louie and my fiance, who was laying in bed watching it with me asked "is that the one from SD that you're always talking about?" What can I say, I have a horse crush lol.

They were wearing purple for pancreatic cancer, which is what Nancy Hunter was diagnosed with just a few months ago. They also did a purple and gold balloon release, there is a video circulating on FB for it. |
