I do water, vinegar and dish soap for the bathroom shower.

Floors--was using vinegar and dish soap but not impressed. I have NO IDEA how to clean fakewood floors.

We usually end up doing a mass cleaning like 1x every 2 weeks but if we had a weekly/daily task I know it would be easier.

I have not heard of these, do the window rags work good?   I have huge windows throughout my whole house have yet to find easy way to keep them streak free when cleaning.

Windex and use newspaper instead of a rag or cloth.  Works amazing!

I just started making my own. For a great all purpose cleaner use orange or grapefruit skin soaked in vinegar for 2 weeks. Strain the juice.
A good carpet cleaner for spots I use baking soda & vinegar. Sprinkle baking soda & soak w vinegar until it bubbles let dry then vacuum up.
This is also great for ring around the tub and oven cleaner.
I'm trying to get away from the chemical cleaners & go more natural most of the ones you buy are so expensive! Check out the website home talk they have great cleaning/decorating tips.

I prefer newspapers and Windex - or white vinegar and water for the windows.

These are not cleaning products -- they are tools that I absolutely love and have made cleaning quicker and easier:
- Dyson hand vac (with extension I use to clean base boards and overhead stuff)
- Shark Navigator vacuum -- very light; sits in its own charger base - works great on carpet, tile and hardwood -- it's so light and easy to grab and zip around staying ahead of dirt, hay, and fluffs of cat hair.....

I think Shark makes a hand vacuum, too. I use the hand vac for so many things -- blinds (with the brush attachment) and have used it to suck up spilled flour and sugar. Very handy tool.

On the product side, I use mostly all natural things since chemicals rile up my asthma.

I love my Shark vac & also the steam floor cleaner!
For cleaning products - my very favorite is Doterra's OnGuard - comes as a concentrate & does a great job, plus smells good.  If you have a MAJOR deal - as in need big time disenfectant, I like Conklin's Sanox.  At the strongest dilution, it can kill HIV.  I also love it for disenfecting stalls when we go other places.

I use Young Living's Theives cleaner for everything, but every week wash the shower with Comet cleaner as our water builds up bad on the walls. Theives cleaner is by far the best I've ever used and it can be used on anything.

Mr. Clean Magic eraser is the BOMB for the shower/tub and ktichen sinks.  I like Simple Green for everything too.  I like Mrs. Meyers cleaning products as well.  I have a neighbor who swears by baking soda for everything so I am going to try it in my toilet and see what I think.
