yes we do see who the alerts are from and why we are getting alerted. Thank you for your diligence. i logged on this morning and took care of 32 alerts! you guys are all over it!!
On the other question the ip address can be blocked by upper level tech support most time they just reroute and keep posting. its not a real person.... its algorythims and programs that do it from what limited knowledge i have of IT. |
