My filly definitely got her dam's heel-less feet...
What do you do with your horses that don't grow a lot of heel?
Do you leave them barefoot?
If not, do you do regular shoes or wedges?
Are there any supplements that can help?

I get X-rays and have the vet evaluate angles.
(Note: you need a vet that is savvy about this, some vets don't have a clue about it
)
Then shoe accordingly. Get with a really really good natural balance farrier or similar.

Chances are the heels simply run forward and create long toes. My mare and gelding have the same issue. I HIGHLY advice getting a VERY good farrier now before you have issues. Due to going through so many bad farriers my mare now has issues with her front feet and can not return to barrel racing. Had it not been for the streak of bad luck with farriers my mare would be sound. I found an awesome vet and farrier too late.
ETA: My mare was barefoot for a long time, now needs shoes to remain comfortable. My gelding has pretty tender front feet and I have chose to keep him shod on a tight schedule as a preventative.

Ditto, first stop. Looks can be deceiving.
