I am looking to relocate from Idaho to the Billings, Montana area soon - specifically Belfry, MT. I am looking for any suggestions on places to look for employment. I am 33, have a bachelors degree and extensive office/administrative and accounting work experience. I would LOVE to continue to work in the agriculture field in some aspect if at all possible. Any suggestions appreciated and even better if you know of a specific position available. Thank you in advance!

There's lots of accounting type work in Billings...but the drive from Belfry into Billings in the winter can be difficult (50 to 60 miles one way). When are you looking at moving...now or in a few months? You might actually want to look into Red Lodge area for work.
ETA: May even look into either Powell or Cody WY for work as well....they are about 40 miles from Belfry...depending on where exactly you are living.

Thank you for your response! I would love to find something in Red Lodge or Bridger - that would be amazing! I have looked a little at Cody and Powell as well. I haven't found a whole lot though. I will just keep looking. :) My goal is to move in April, or sooner if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks again!

Red Lodge seems to be very much a seasonal community because of the tourism...as well as Cody for the most part (because of Yellowstone Park). I would expect for more jobs being available the closer summer gets. As with a lot of the "seasonal" communities once you have a job and they know you are a good worker, you can make connections and keep yourself busy during their down time.
Just a little FYI the national SkiJoring event is in Red Lodge the middle of March? This will be our first season attending but have heard its a good time...just in case you are in the area in time. :

I have been creeping on this forum for YEARS, I've gotten a lot of good tips, tricks and information from here. I've just never had the desire to have my own account. I can waste hours on here just lurking. Since I have seen what a handy tool it can be and what a small world is, I thought it was worth a shot to post something on here. There has to be someone out there with some information on Ag employment in these areas? I have livestock experience and currently work in the accounting dept of a big corporate ranch. :)

Why Belfry?  It's not exactly a growing area... You can check Joliet and Bridger out but they are also small towns so options will be limited.

Maybe check with some of the big outfitters in that area who might be interested in someone with an accounting background? Where are you moving from? Have you been to the area before?

Never mind, I see now where you posted moving from Idaho. :)
