I have a horse that when you lope circles he constantly sneezes. He doesn't sneeze at a trot or walk but it's chronic in a lope. He's relaxed while loping not nervous so I don't think it's a nervous habit. He also does not cough, it's only sneezing. Any suggestions?

Get him scoped, could be a lung or guttural pouch infection

Yes, there is dust from the dirt in the arena. Super sensitive? Doesn't seem to bother the other horses.

Are you talking about a steady rythym of blows, like you see on a lot of reiners?  If so, I would worry about it.

Oh I'll have to look this up. I've never seen the reiners.

When I assisted at our vet clinic back when I was in high school we had a stud come in who was sneezing like this. We pulled an entire handful out of hay out of each nostril... piece by piece. Took a few hours per side. Don't remember how Vet assumed it got there. Either way, it was interesting.
