Please share this facebook post for all to boycott! Also, go visit their facebook page and let them know how awful her "joke" was!!

Location: The best kept secret in TX | Everyone is posting ont he wrong page reviewing the unofficial page of the radio station. Here is the actual page for the station. There is no where to review but you can post to the page. They can delete the posts from the official page but not the unoffical page. I wonder if the stattion is even aware of the other page?

Those comments about "National get over it day" were from BEFORE she made the comment on the air. So it's pretty much irrelevant to this situation.
Haven't we all said or done something we regretted at one point or another?
She fully admits that she made a mistake and didn't realize the extent of damage the fires have caused.
I know I've said some crap that could have gotten me crucified when I didn't know enough about a situation at hand; luckily I wasn't being broadcasted live.
Forgive and forget.

| I don't know about you but I am so sick of the ignorance excuse. Or the ooops... sorry I didn't realize when in reality and based on her tweet right after, she is likely only sorry because she might and should lose her job. I don't know anyone affected by the fires but I cannot imagine the loss. I had a tornado touchdown a few miles from me on Monday and all I could do was sit and pray and wait my home and horses were spared.
She needs to find a different job if she cannot think before she speaks. Radio is no place for a person like that. |
