| I thought Equisure had colloidal silver in it for ulcers?
And I recently saw someone commented about it having corn oil. so I went to the website and it had this listed as the ingredients, "Mineral water, corn oil, guar gum, orange extract, onion extract, soybean oil, glycerin, vegetable based fatty acids, natural apple flavoring"
Has the formula changed? |

| Bryel's Response: :)
Formula has not changed but in order to have our labels compliant we had to list Colloidal Silver as Mineral water because technically it is....I guess. There are so many regulations and so many supplements fly under the "radar" so to speak but it seems we are NOT flying under the radar any more ?? so we jump through the proverbial hoops |

| Do they ever have a special for first time buyers or anyting? It seems pricey at $70 per 250ml bottle. If I read this correctly this would be only 25 doses then? Curious if they ever have a "sale" |

Curious if they ever have a "sale" a 250ml is 25 doses, so that is $2.80 a dose, close to same cost per dose with the 500ml-50 doses. When you move up to a half gal the cost per dose drops to $1.80 a dose. 1-half gal will last One horse 6 months given a dose daily. The only time the company runs a special is during the NFR. Some Reps, like myself, will offer free shipping randomly throughout the year.

Here is the break down of cost per dose (10ml)
$70 250ml
$125 500ml
$350 1/2 gallon
$700 1 gallon
(discounts if buying by the Case 4 gallons)
250ml $2.80 per 10ml dose
500ml $2.50 per 10ml dose
1/2 gallon $1.85 per 10ml dose
1 Gallon $1.84 per 10ml dose
I feel the cost per dose is fair if I compared it to other Ulcer meds on the market and knowing this is an all natural product that can heal the ulcers and then continued use to prevent ulcers and maintain a healthy horse. In the long run I feel it saves me money in vet bills and other supplements.

I feed it often. I work with a guy who does live blood cell analysis and we use it on a mare of mine who cannot have antibiotics. I would not feed pure collodial silver long term... but the stuff I use is human grade and is 400ppm... so strong strong stuff.
Equisure has kept ulcers at bay in my barn. I like it so much that I became a distributor. Great product! |

Is it the colloidal silver in the equisure that helps with ulcers? I know something is supposed to raise the ph but I wonder what it is, |

Silver is a natural antibiotic, so the silver would be what heals the ulcers, yes. |

Location: 31 lengths farms | I've used it with very good results on my little mare with the kidney stones. Started using it last fall after she had 2 boughts with a bladder infection, the antibiotics worked fine while she was on them, 10 days after the gunk would be back. Kidney's were still working okay, in the norm range for Bunn and Creatitine levels. She was also having some issues keeping weight on. Put her on Equisure and in about 3 weeks she gained @60lbs and has held that all thru the winter which was nasty and (knock on wood) no more bladder infections. |
