I've been using Wind Aid with my bleeder this spring cause she had some allergies. With it, I give 60cc for a few days if I notice allergy spike, and then I give 60cc for 2 days before a race and 60cc 2 hours before a run.
On the Equipulmin website it says to give daily 60cc and then twice before a run.

I'm a budgeted racer and try to squeeze every penny as long as I can but try my best to do the best for my girl. She's the only one I have so I have to keep her healthy and sound.

For my mare with copd/heaves..If it was the only resp supplement I was giving yes I would give daily. I only give now before I ride or when my mare needs extra support. She is on Cur-OST daily for inflammation control which keeps her feeling good 99% of the time.

My mare is a bleeder, this past fall she was bleeding through 5cc of Lasix so I started her on Bleeder Stop this spring. Now I give 5cc to make sure she doesn't bleed (I know with bleeder stop you can stop Lasix sometimes but I'm scared cause she bleeds back so I don't know when she bleeds), Wind Aide, and Equi-Sure before a run. If I'm running multiple days I will also give Triple Threat, if it's just 1 run I just give plain electrolytes.
I like the wind aide, but wish I've heard good things about the Equipulmin and wanted to see how others used it.
