Anyone know what this is or where it's from? It's like a halter or bridle with blinders and muzzle strap. I'd love to have it just to have it.

it looks like part of an arab horse costume class with horse and
rider dressed in costumes ....
or even an arab mare and baby show class.

It is not a longe line or free style halter since they are generally
small rolled leather and chin/nose chains to show off the head
of the horse..

THAT'S MY GUESS ...

arabian headstall with a muzzle?

Have you ever seen a native costume class? It is pretty much anything goes and they hang junk all over the horse. Could not find an image that had a bridle exactly like that but similar.

I have actually seen some South American head gear with similar designs and colors. They like the fringe off the browband too like the Arabian costumes like. Just another possibility. Obviously some kind of halter/muzzle/blinder operation. It's pretty and unique. Definitely a good wall hanger and conversation piece.

Yep, I'm guessing it is part of an arab costume for show.

Someone on fb said the same thing. Someone else thinks it's Spanish. Either way it's handmade and a great decoration piece
