Expert Posts: 2531 Location: WI	I've used electrical tape with push in posts and have the Carri Lite brand. Electrical Tape - prly my first choice when I can push the stakes in. I have a battery operated charger that needs to be turned on. Inexpensive Carri Lite - Expensive, but they are nice when I can't push stakes in. Super easy to set up. My gelding will push on them though, so because of this I will use the hot wire whenever I can.

Veteran Posts: 126 Location: Ohio	I have the carri lite. I love mine the fit in the first stall of my trailer extended and you can collapse them down much smaller too. They set up quick and my horse stays in them no problem.

I don't know how to get around it!

Veteran Posts: 126 Location: Ohio	I don't, I just set them up and luckily mine just stands in the middle and doesn't bother them. They came with brackets you can hook to side of trailer to make a bigger and I'd assume more stable pen, have you tried that?
