I have a few begging barrel racers who want to start taking lessons from me. I have only done beginner riding lessons, never barrel coaching. How much would you charge for an hour lesson with a girl on her own horse, giving tips, doing drills, critiquing runs, etc.

I would say somewhere in the $35 per hour range is average. Also take your accomplishments into consideration, and where you are. An accomplished person in my area charges $50 an hour...

I paid $50/hour and hauled to them. I used their warm up "track" and arena. I thought it was a pretty good deal. It was a 2 hour minimum tho...

I pay $100/lesson from a very accomplished trainer, probably one of the best hands in Texas. No time limit set, every lesson depends on how well we do, if everything is going great and smooth it will be a short lesson, it is all about taking care of the horses mind too. Lots of drills off the pattern, minimum work running the pattern.
