Tell me about your experiences with horses who are allergic to things such as soy, wheat, corn, etc. How did you figure out your horse was allergic. What symptoms are they showing.

Omg I have a horse that I'm about 98% positive has a soy allergy. Hers presented as swelling in her legs. They can also develop skin issues.

I'm skeptical of it personally. And intradermal skin testing in horses really isn't very reliable, but I know people that do it. Never say never though

This is a good article, it's a few years old, but still informative.  Like I said earlier, I'm almost 100% convinced my horse has a soy allergy, however
