Just bought a horse trailer that has trail riding sillouhette decals on the sides & front. I want to take them off without leaving old marks where they were. Anyone done this? I was thinking razor blade to peel them off & goo gone and elbow grease but I'd love any tricks!

Heat gun or hairdryer to get decals off.
Is this an aluminum trailer? If so..acid wash after wards.

There is a thing that goes on a drill that looks like a giant pencil eraser. Acid wash then fine polishing compound if marks persist

When we bought our trailer, it had been a rodeo queens trailer so it had decals everywhere. We used a heat gun to remove all of them. We didn't have it acid washed or buffed afterwards, so in the right light you can see where all the stickers were. But just looking at it you would never know they were there. But as the years have gone by, where they were is almost unnoticeable now

there is a solvent called dealer sol that car dealerships use to remove decals and stickers. It won't remove paint, and will remove all the sticky mess afterwards. No heat gun or hair dryer required. This is how we took badges off Hubby's truck he races and also how we take the dealerships info off the back of all our vehicles we purchase.
We use it for just about everything. In fast I used it to get stickers off my car window last night when my little one decided it would be a grand diea to stick her whole roll of stickers onto my window. lol
Call any dealership and see if you can get it. I don't know if they sell it to the public. Hubby has a friend who works at the parts center for Dodge and he sold it to us.

Just an FYI- Goo Gone took the paint off a spot on my trailer when I tried removing tape residue from the for sale sign after I bought it
