I just read the headlines Posts: 4483	I have found that whole flaxseed or freshly ground flaxseed is the best. I used OmegaShine, I think, and liked it but I don't remember what the ingredients were. I wanted to add I liked CocoSoya oil too, but had a horse with soy issues, so I quit feeding it. But I can't remember if it is Omega 3 and 6 balanced. Edited by GLP 2017-06-15 1:13 PM

Expert Posts: 1599	Platinum has so much more than just Omega 3, and my horses love the taste and eat it out of the palm of my hand. If I could only feed one supplement, it would be Platinum. For 60 bucks a month its so worth it. I quit feeding if for awhile and noticed a big difference in mucle tone and overall appearance of my horses.

I've used several complete supplements over the years and this is the first one I've gone "wow" with.
