Keep what you got and keep saving for the flexineb. You'll use both.

My flexineb just got here today. Can you tell me pros and cons of both?
I have used the equiresp and my gelding shook his head really bad with the hose attached so I got the other one. But might need both??

I actually sell (and have used) the Flexineb, the Silver Horse and the Equiresp... IMO, the Flexineb is harder to clean than the others, the Silver Horse I used for years and it was fine, but several people have mentioned them overheating... The Equiresp is a good unit but a bit pricey. I personally have searched the world over to find, what I think is the best unit available and I love it. It is a heavy duty 50 psi unit that doesn't overheat, has an adjustable pressure dial, portable, affordable, and is easy to use. You definitely need to try some if possible and pick your favorite. I only sell them because you need a nebulizer to use the Equine Lung Health Formula. I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what people really have to have since I've used them myself for many years.

I bought an Equiresp about a year ago and I really love it. My mare suffers from Allergies in the Spring every year and this unit made a huge difference this spring. We hardly had any issues, if any.

Also, I will say that the Equiresp has saved at least 3 of our calves this year that were showing signs of Pneumonia. One was barely alive and we treated him with the Equiresp for about a week 2 times a day and he recovered 100%. Finally I was able to convince my boyfriend on a "worthwhile" horse product! :)

To those who said they wouldn't use a nebulizer, can you let us know why?
