Location: USA | What are your thoughts when a company won't list the ingredients of a feed through product? When asked, they say it's a blend and also contains vitamins and minerals. I'm not asking for the exact amount of each ingredient, but I'd like to know what's in it since I have a horse with food allergies. |

I would walk away. THE tells you all ingredients, they are listed on the website, but since they are a nutraceudical they don't put the exact amount of each. However for customers that ask, I have been able to tell them how much of a certain ingredient is in there- |

Then I would move on if they cant tell you what you would like to know, not worth spending your money on them, heck they may not even know whats in their feed, lol. |

| Can You private message what company? I was just asking a company about their product and what was in it and all I get is a proprietary blend of vitamins and amino acids. |

I did private message them and that's all I got, proprietary blend along with amino acids and vitamins. I need more info than that. I have a horse with food allergies and if she reacts to what is in the blend, I'll never be able to narrow it down. I was told it doesn't contain corn, wheat or soy, but my luck she'd have a reaction. It's not worth the risk. I'm not sure why they can't divulge the ingredients. |

I'd move on to another feed as well. If they won't give you the ingredients list, that's a huge red flag. If you have access to Seminole Feeds, they are the best. Ingredients printed large right on back of bag, you don't even need your glasses to read it, LOL.

Location: Willows, CA | Even when a lot of companies list ingredients, they do so with vague "byproduct" listing that leaves you wondering what is in there. If you can't tell what is really in there, don't buy. |
