Location: on my horse | How do you guys store winter blankets? I am getting ready to move and have about ten blankets plus coolers I need to store in as compact a space as possible that is also hopefully mouse proof.
I was thinking about space bags? |

| Under the bed storage bins! They are long, but not very tall!

Location: Illinois | I put mine in the mesh decoy bags hunters use, then hang them from hooks on the ceiling. Works well in the corners of tack rooms/feed rooms, etc, takes up a little space but you can be creative about it. |

| I take mine to the laundromat and then store with moth balls in large trash cans with lids. |

It's not my fault I'm perfect

Location: Where the long tails flow, ND | I actually hang all mine. I have an old Map rack and it's perfect and heavy duty enough to hang about 15 blankets on it- so if you have the room to hang from a wall you should look into that! I also have a hook on each stall that hangs a blanket if needed. |

| One of those black job site chests they sell at home depot. I think there's 12 heavies in there. I can put them out in the shop and not worry about critters getting to them, or have them taking up space in the house. |

| I've got a giant Sterilite (plastic) tub from Walmart. I can put stuff on top of it, so even though it's large, I can work with it. Keeps the mice out. |

| I put mine in old truck bed tool boxes. Easy to access, water tight, and haven't had any rodent issues! |

Location: on my horse | Thanks for the ideas! I'm going to try a few of them, I have all blankets hanging off hooks right now which I really like but I'm just not sure what kind of space I'll be able to make for them once we get moved. |

Location: Phoenix | Once it's washed and dry I fold it up and put in a Rubbermaid tub. Costco has some good ones too now wth the yellow lids. They're stackable and mouse proof. |
