I thought that HTW had created a "bluebook" for trailers, but I've searched their site and cannot find it now. Anyone know if I was just imagining it, LOL?

They do have one but you have to pay for it.

Uhg...yeah, I just found it finally, and saw you have to pay. I'll stick to just searching similar trailers. Had a buyer for my trailer, and now they're wavering, saying a dealer told them I had it over priced, but it's right in line with similar age trailers of the same brand on HTW, and I haven't found one that has ALL of what mine has on it, so I don't think I'll cave.

I wouldn't, dealer is trying to make a sale for themselves!

NADA RV has several LQ trailer brands listed. They have to pay for the privilege annually and not all trailer makers participate. But, it is a free source if your particular trailer is one of them.

If I had a trailer for sale, I would probably pay for the blue book, within reason. If it's not too expensive. Only because, as a buyer, I wouldn't even think of paying a fee to check the value of every trailer I looked at. It would certainly catch my eye if the seller had already done that, tho!

Here's the thing...and I'm not disagreeing with you persey...but my trailer was/is for sale because I desperately needed the money. To pay for the bluebook, then to pay for the ad (which I don't mind doing) is just that much money that doesn't go to the grocery store or pay bills.

I called Elite and talked to someone there about it, and he helped me determine that my price was more than fair. Our situation has improved for now, so if it sells fine, if it doesn't, then I get to keep it--which is what I'd prefer.

Good idea - I contacted the dealer I bought mine from to help decide on a price.
