After months of joint pain in my feet, mainly the big toe; after x-rays I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis. What? I'll add I am only 33, apparently it doesn't discriminate! I tried an anti-inflammatory, didn't do much, so they are pawning me off to a podiatrist. Ugh. Anyone else dealt with this? My feet KILL me when I get up in the morn...so stiff and painful. Then, my toes crack and pop; feels like needles!

I did just start taking Lubrisyn HA...hoping that helps.

I went the better part of a year with almost not being able to walk, until finally I got it together and started a plant based, low grain diet, and got plantar fascitis insoles for my shoes. Diet based inflammation is real, and makes existing pain much, much worse. Now I'm just kinda tender footed, but I work out of it much easier. It's now only a couple of steps when I get up after sitting, and only really bad if I need to replace my insoles. The arthritis in my knee is worse than my feet, but squats and exercise keep it under control.

This 100%, control internal information through diet.  I have a foot injury from working out and I take turmeric.  It is nasty but I can feel a huge difference when I do not take it.   My foot would throb and swell on the hall of my foot, once I starting taking turmeric I was barely aware of it.  You can make he "golden paste" which is pretty cheap.  I use a product called Synchro Gold, I take it 2-3 times a week.

I am glad to hear you take tumeric. I also just started a tumeric/curcumin supplement. Hoping it also helps!

www. body ph.com or mindbodygreen learn about your body ph and heal from the inside. It's all about what you eat. You can also use tumeric in milk bring to a boil and drink. it's really good if you add a tsp full of honey, cinnamin, coconut oil and ginger and cardomon 1/8 tsp. yummy
