Cur-Ost -- human formula? Who takes it?

Does anyone have any experience with the human formula of Cur-Ost? I was sent some samples but haven't tried them yet. I have an autoimmune "disease" with no cure but it can be managed with diet. Kind of similar to Chrohn's and PCOS.... I need to strengthen my immune system and immediately Cur-Ost came to mind. Thanks in advance.

I take the Cur-Ost Pure for humans. It helps tremendously with my allergies and old-age related aches and pains; my shoulders seriously sound like Velcro when I lift my arms. I mix it in V8 juice. I talked my roommate into taking it to help with arthritis in his knee. He's NOT prone to the "placebo effect" and he says it helps, as well.
It took maybe 5 days for me to see improvement. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks clover! I was wondering what to mix it with.

It doesn't really dissolve, so be sure to use a spoon
(or your finger
) to get all the cur-ost that clings to the side of the glass. You don't want to waste it! You can also get empty gel-caps at the health-food store and fill them with it; it's just simpler for me to put it in V8 juice. You won't really taste it-
