Has anyone used/tried any supplements, meds, injections successfully for increasing blood flow to the hoof?

Magnetic hoof boots.
OE Hoof Evolution has a vasodilator in it along with hoof supp.
Platinum Hemiflo is used for hoof vasodilation

All of the above seem to work better than Isoxuprine (which is commonly prescribed)

When I was having a foundering problem the Magnetic bell boots that PHT puts out helped out so much. They increased the blood flow.

THE NitrOxide for 2 foundered mares. Loved it and always keep it on hand.
From THE website...
When the body is stressed, injured or sick it needs Nitric Oxide in large amounts to heal. As an added benefit, Nitric Oxide, with its highly effective anti-infection and antibacterial properties is used by the white blood cells to kill viruses, fungi, bacteria, and other pathogens. Insufficient production of Nitric Oxide can actually slow the body’s own healing process. Unknowingly we often actually use drugs and herbs (i.e. anti-inflammatories) that prevent or weaken the amount of Nitric Oxide that the body produces.

Nitric Oxide is beneficial to all areas of the body, it:

• Alleviates various forms of pain, arthritis and ailments
• Improves blood circulation and cardiovascular health
• Increases endurance levels and performance
• Improves immune system and combats toxins
• Encourages bones and wounds to repair
• Aids the body in healing ulcers fast
• Decreases post-surgery healing time

I guess I should've added. I currently have her on Equi-bone by TLC and BioStar's Circuvate EQ. She also wears her MagnaCu bells almost 24/7.

The Equi-bone has been excellent but haven't been on the BioStar long enough yet. Just wondered if there was something better...

My farrier recommended Smartpak's Circulate.  My gelding who has terrible feet has been on it maybe 2 months so it may not be long enough to really notice a difference...but (knock on wood), he has managed to keep all shoes on since his last trim which is unheard of for him.  I hope that in a few more months I can report good results!

Another option for you to consider would be the Intensive Hoof Care or Oxy-Sox by Oxy-Gen.

Circumvate by BioStar really helped my horse with his feet. I emailed them first to find out what the they recommended for him specifically. It worked great.

I have a mare that is 5 months into regrowing her left front from an old ancess that blew out the coronary band and left a crack. I'm feeding teifecta, by horse guard, and isoxsuprine, then i use BOT bell boots. i also have her acuscoped once a week. This seems to be working as we have a little over an inch of new growth

Isoxuprine. Period. It will increase blood flow to hoof within a couple hours. Fixed a stone bruise my horse had within 12 hours. And it's cheap.

Theraplate- I personally used one for 2 month 3-4x week on multiple horses and saw recognizable hoof growth confirming increased blood flow to hoof area. Other benefits I cannot confirm but hoof growth -YES!

PHT bell boots

Microcurrent therapy - Pro Orthopedic has DIY patches that are great and easy to use (see Matrix Therapy Products for more information on Microcurrent therapy- it's an amazing modality- scientifically proven for many many years and works by increasing circulation).

Massage therapy.   Start at the top of the leg and just work your way down with moderate pressure.   Benefits have been shown with thermal imaging.

Β Isoxuprine if pharma or Hawthorne for herbal. Β Both work very well.

Are you referring to the Hawthorn berry or leaves?
