So crazy. We have a hotel room for the NFR at the Tropicana. It’ll be our first time to Vegas and also a late honeymoon. We don’t have plans tickets yet and I’d be lying if I said my anxiety wasn’t running a little high about the whole deal this morning.

Praying hard for the families and our country...

I usually watch the news as I get ready for school to catch the local stuff. Las Vegas was all that was on. I looked like the guy was on top of a building shooting down. Several people said they did not realized it was a gun firing at first. In a video that someone had made you could hear the repeated shots being fired quickly. One guy said that Jason Aldean threw his guitar down and ran

The cowardly shooter was a 64 year old man, he was shooting these innocent people from his hotel room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. He is now deceased after police rushed his room. However they did find his live in girlfriend that was with him.

They determined she wasn't in on it. The shooter apparently had been in that room since last Thursday. He had cameras set up too. They found 16 plus guns also in his room. They also said he had a camera set up outside his room so he could watch when the cops were coming. Crazy. . Very sad.. a very good friend of mine, her cousin was one of the victims who was shot and passed away. Many prayers to everyone involved, horrible senseless tragedy.

They are showing the windows now where he shot from. Those windows don't open, he broke them out.. very eerie to see the curtains blowing out thru the broken windows. Those poor people didn't stand a chance.

Two girls were telling of their experience.  I believe they were sisters.  They ran to the Tropicana and were told there was a shooter there, then they went to Hooters and were told the same thing.  So they went to a diner where evidently there was a law enforcement officer who had the customers and employees there stack the tables and chairs over the windows and wait it out.  That will give you some idea the level of chaos.

Nothing as of now. They will be looking for one though. Cell phones, computers, whatever they can get their hands on. I saw an interview of his brother, he was completely in shock and crying, said there was absolutely no indication his brother was about to snap he said he called their mom. So many more details are going to come in still.

Such a heart wrenching story and when you watch the video, everyone is so confused. Even Jason Aldean pauses and starts singing again. What a coward to sit in his hotel room and then take his own life. He will have to meet his maker and good luck explaining that to him. My heart hurts for the families and I am so disappointed in the hatred. Every day, I try and change the world a little at a time but when you have monsters like this, it makes you feel so outnumbered.

We can do better America, we must!

Apparently ISIS is taking credit for this, but no proof at this point. Over 400 injured now.

Just puts a lump in the back of my throat. Sending prayers for the injured, those lost, and the families.

Prayers to the lost and their families. Ive seen a few videos and its so sickening to see people fall to the ground like they were hit with a gust of wind. This situation breaks my heart. Its hard to enjoy simple things when you are surrounded by evil.
