Location: London Ontario		For those who use it, what is your treatment plan? Also do you do it before you run or after? I have heard different theories so looking to see what others do

I do different things for different horses because it can also relax some or give energy to them so you get to know what they like. My daughters older mare who gets very tight overall is done Mon, Wed, Fri and day of event when she is working hard. She has some issues and this seems to keep her feeling her best. She is running at events where she does 7 runs a day not just a barrel race. My mare that I run I like to do the morning of an event and sometimes the day before. I have a few we do after events because it really relaxes them and they will not fire if done before they run (same day). If you have one or are able to use one regular you just play with it and see how they feel and what they like. I let the horse tell me . I ramble sorry

 Do you own a machine or are you having someone do treatments?
