This is something I have searched for forever! I live in Montana where it gets bitter. I've tried a lot that never worked. Last year I ordered mittens, gloves from Dover. They are their brand and have a liner and a mitten. My hands finally stayed warm even when below zero. The mittens are flexible enough to do things and are not bulky. They have a split for your pinky. The liner is warm enough to keep your hands warm while saddling or on 30-40 degree days and are really warm when worn together. I plan on ordering another set this year.

I am about to buy some Ovation gloves -they have different styles. I bought some for a friend last Christmas, and she loves them.  I am about to order a pair for myself.

I like the Thinsulate brand. They have a lot of options. Fleece, waterproof, deerskin, light, heavy, etc...

These are worth it. I found a pair on sale at Teskey's a while back.  I have the winter riding glove in the link. They are closer contact so I can actually open and close buckets while wearing them lol https://www.nobleoutfitters.com/collections/gear-gloves/products/winter-riding-glove

I bought my little one a pair of the kids gloves and put her knitted gloves on underneath since they were a bit big on her. She stays warm on our walks and that says a lot about a glove if it keeps her warm...

Thinsulate are great and very warm! I also like my deerskin with fluffy insides. They are very soft and supple and not bulky like a lot of other gloves are in my opinion. I have a pair of Under Armor I use in the barn that are also phone friendly! Those are just 3 of my favorites out of the umpteen pairs of gloves sitting around  You can never have too many!

Thank ya'll. We do not have many cold days in East Texas, but the few we do seem to be nasty. Thanks again.
