Both my Mom and I have had US Rider for 10+ years. Excellent service and benefits. It is not vehicle specific either and can be used for non-horse issues too.

I have it and bought it for my trainer. Actually give it to her Christmas every year. It is onthe person who purchased it not the vehicle. If I go with a friend and they have a flat. USRIDER will come fix it. That happened last summer. Had no problem

For me, us rider was a waste of $$. Apparently they didn't have any one under contract that would come out to change a flat, 15 min from a large city in SE Texas right off the interstate for what they were willing to pay. At one point they wanted to know if I had $300 for someone to come from Houston.
Glad I was t stranded in Tim buck two.

I have had them for many years.  I have been 100% statisfied any time I had to use them.  My biggest use came one time when we had a tire sling tread while on a turnpike.  We limped to our destination, but the tread flying off had cut out break lines and light wiring on the trailer.  US Rider sent out a semi service that changed the tire and rewired everything on the spot.  US Rider does not have their own service personnel so they do have to use an independent in the area where it is needed.  There is also the potential to incur some out of pocket expense if the roadside service goes over $250.  They will send out two wreckers to the site if necessary to get both truck and trailer off the road.  They also have a data base of vets and stable facilties that they can recommend if you are away from home and need access.

I have been their customer for almost 10 years. When I've needed help, they have been there for me. I would not pull without their coverage.

Glad I was t stranded in Tim buck two.

Same thing happened to me. Flat front truck tire on Labor Day weekend. Nobody available because it was a holiday weekend. Really?  Isn't that when everybody travels?  I waited 4 hours, finally called my neighbor and he drove an hour and came and helped change it.

My daughter had great experience with it in college. Locked her keys in the truck, low tire, locked the dog and keys in the truck, etc. etc.

I still have it.

I've had several great experiences and one HORRIBLE one.  After I 'reviewed' that one on the customer survey, the head honcho called and asked about every minute of the failure, gave me a free year, and called back several times to make sure all was well over the next year.  I added my daughter when she left for college with horses.  She's used it several times.  I don't use it for EVERY instance but I have used it on the road and even in my own pasture to get the tractor unstuck (huge winch truck to the rescue).  I had AAA for years but there is no comparison in my mind.  Most of my roadside emergencies take place when I'm hauling so AAA was no help.  They even drove up one time and wouldn't touch the truck because of the trailer.
? Twice they haven't had a contractor in the area of my emergency but they did reimburse me when I had to pay out of my pocket.

I have US Rider and love it.  Have always had a good experience.

For those that have had flat tires - I have roadside assistance on my trailer insurance for $4/year.  If US Rider couldn't get someone out to fix a flat, I've got my insurance company I can call also.

Which company do you have? Most regular insurance companies won't touch a trailer if it has animals in it. USrider will!

If you're asking me, I have American Family.  I did ask this specifically and she said they would fix a flat, but that's essentially it.  I have not ever used it, but for $4/year I was willing to add it!

I love it too. If you are in a bind they sure can be handy. When you are stranded, it is hard to find someone to get you back on the road or tow you. I feel it is a necessity.
