| 70-100,000 dollar truck. 500.00 seems like a mere drop in the bucket..  I use my PRCA card when I buy my dodges. |

Location: Montana | Yeah, I've used it before, but it does have to be presented before you purchase. You get your redemption on line, give it to the dealer, then they are in contact with AQHA, and the $500 comes off the price of the vehicle. |

Location: Kansas | We used it years ago but the salesperson had such a cavalier attitude about the whole thing that I got the feeling he would have dropped the $500 whether you had an AQHA membership or not.........(if that makes any sense).

Location: Slipping down the slope of old age. Boo hoo. | Yes, more than once. Used the Ford $500 on my most recent truck purchase. Also used an AQHA discount awhile back for a pretty good percentage discount on a new zero-turn mower (Ex-Mark). The discounts have more than paid for my membership several times over. Presented my membership card -- and then the dealers took care of securing the discounts for me. |

Location: south central usa | ...used to have to be a member for something like 30-60 days in order to be eligible (time may be longer now)...that keeps the rebate "googlers" from signing up while at the dealership and saving $500. if you are planning on buying a Ford and aren't an AQHA member, it would be worth it to pay the one time annual membership a few months in advance as a trade off for the $500 rebate
buying vehicles using supplier/company/club discounts, although they may be a decent deal..most of the time the dealer can sell you the vehicle at a lower price (before rebates) than if you used one of those programs. supplier pricing used to be 1% below invoice...we'd have people coming in buying on a supplier discount while all along we were advertising 2-3% below invoice. The deal is in the eye of the beholder...just take 30 minutes or so and do some online shopping/price comparisons before pulling the trigger. good luck
