AQHA has lease forms online ... just fillout and add to as needed in your
situation ... there is a fee but well worth the money spent to have a starting
date and ending date or renewal without finagling with attorneys .

If I am not mistaken, a lease has to be filed with AQHA if you register babies. Also, with APHA if bred to paints.
