| Never before until now. I had to return a horse product and the company sent fedex out to pick it up on a designated day. I set it out as scheduled and came home to a package gone and a call slip on my door saying they attempted a pick up !! Called fedex and driver insists he did NOT pick up package !!! Ughhhh only thing that could have happened is package was already stolen when he got there OR fedex guy was mistaken. Never experienced this before. So frustrating.

| I work as a 911 dispatcher and call taker, and we have gotten quite a few reports of porch thieves recently! Around here, we think it's people hoping they'll snatch something with a high resale value to sell for drugs or booze.
Our deputies have advised using game cameras if you have them, putting the package somewhere just slightly out of the way where only the driver would know, or dropping the package off at a designated FedEx or UPS location.
ETA: if it becomes an ongoing issue, you might have to get a PO Box at your local UPS or FedEx store for deliveries.

| Our post office is unfortunately just a crooked. Lol worst part is I think the company Iβm returning the product to thinks I am trying to pull a fast one on them. Based on the email I got. |

Location: Southeast Louisiana | Iβd like to put a package out there and wait in the bushes with a baseball bat... but, that would only backfire on me. I hate a thief. They steal a little piece of your soul and your trust in your fellow man. Itβs a shame that thieves can run rampant with little to lose, unless the victim can prove the theft.
I hope you get your package snafu resolved, flitastic. Iβm sure the company will make good on your loss. Maybe call and talk directly to someone. Good luck. |

| I would not expect the company to be good with it but who knows. Lol. From the sounds of my voicemail they kind of think I am doing it on purpose I think. Canβt blame them in these days of thieving. |

I would think if you were a regular customer of theirs there would not be a problem with this company that you are returning this product too. |

Nope. Not a regular customer. It is a very popular and well known company that markets an all in 1 supplement. I decided to try it. My horse would absolutely not touch it. Lol. They have a guarantee and agreed to take it back. Thatβs how it all started. Lol |

We have more trouble with Fed Ex leaving our packages where ever they please. In a barn, feed pick up, anywhere but by the front door.

Driver forgot to scan the box, and his go-to when a package goes missing is likely that he never saw it LOL. If it didn't exist he can't be liable.
Glad you got it worked out!! And glad you don't have a theft problem...THAT's worse than a lost package and no refund in my opinion!!
