Location: GODS country | Breeding an Oklahoma Fuel daughter out of a Rocket Wrangler mare.
Looking for an FG stud that is proven himself and has get that is proven only! Marketability is also a plus!
Anyone have any experience with the following sons (open to hear others if not mentioned):
First Down French
Frenchmans Fabulous
Frenchmans Easy Doc
OR would PC Frenchmans Hayday be a better option (NOT FG)?
If I have listed the stallion, they are in my budget.

First Down French-
He's very kind and easy to be around. And so are his babies. Naturals with a lot of rate and a big move on the back side. I've seen some with structural issues but that being said it could have easily come from the mares side, as I've seen more that are built good and sound.
Frenchmans Fabulous-
I've only ever been around 2, and both were obnoxious trouble makers. Really cool to ride, but annoying to have around.
PC Frenchmans Hayday-
You can't deny their talent. But again, all the ones I've been around have been ornery and had a little bit of a mean streak. |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | Of those Frenchmans Fabulous. I will toss in Guys Piece Ofthe Pie. He is a futurity, derby, slot race, 1D and rodeo money earner. Still out there running and winning. Had the winter off and went out and won $500+ last weekend. He has offspring running and winning right along side him. Sire of a Futurity money earner from his first foal crop with a handful entering this year. His babies are eligible for Future Fortunes, 5State, VGBRA and the Cowboy Incentive. They are very marketable and a big return on your $1000 investment. I know he ships fabulous. A yearling colt just brought $7500 at the Black Hills Stock Show. He is out of one of the best producing daughters of Pie In The Sky-he has full siblings that have won tons of rodeo/futurity money-Sky High Guy-over $250,000. Guys Pie In The Sky, Peaches N Pie, Fleeting French Girl... |

I have a First Down French and I love him. He is a yearling this year. 100% worth the $$ and then some. |

Location: Not Where I Want to Be | if you want a FG son,,,,,why would you consider anyone other than the most successful son?
that would be Fab
|
|
|
|

| We couldn't breed to FG himself this year, so we went with his #1 siring son...Fab!
Dinero would be my next choice, of the ones you have listed.
I would like to breed to Frenchmans Easy Doc eventually as I am partial to Easy April Lena.
I am obsessed with Frenchman R Hot...again, someday! haha :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwv3gIdyvKM |

Word! RIght now I think BHR FS and Fab are in an equistat race currently thats neck and neck, if your talking barrels only.

not if you remove the outlier.
BHR is nice, but Fab has a bigger sample set and the more succesful sire.

Fab was wayyy more foals on the ground for sure and more disciplines fo sure but BHR FS is barrels alone and over 1 million.
Which outlier? BA Tee It Up In My Sox, Kiss This Guy, Don't Judge My Sox?

exactly! Frenchies Socks has more earnings per starter if the stats I looked up are correct. Both are nice sires, but of the 2 I think BHRFS is going to continue being popular. |
