I had to re-read it as well. And to answer the question, I've not had any I really hated. Each horse had it strengths and weaknesses, but never had one that I completely hated. |

| No big on Impressive. That being said, I have friend that won the AQHA world show on an Impressive bred horse.
If you use bloodlines for the the discipline that they are bred for they are standouts. (I saw Mr San Peppy win the NCHA Futurity and it was spectacular) I don't expect cutting horses to excel at Barrels just as I don't expect running horses to excel at cutting. If you look at the stallions that are producing the top barrel horses, those are the bloodlines to choose to win for that discipline. I guess to answer your question, bloodlines that are not racing bloodlines since that is the discipline that I breed for. |

Location: Texas | OK, I've had a lot of bloodlines over the years. I've liked most. Never have ridden many cutters.
20+ years ago, I had a mare by Lucks Lucky. She had less try than anything I've ever ridden. She'd just as soon fight or lie down as to do what you asked of her. I've had some other What Luck bred horses that I liked. But Lucks Lucky - that's a big nope. |

Location: Cocoa, Florida | OTMR. Never been around or ridden one I liked, a lot were hot and had health problems including major colic issues.
Two eyed jacks seem to have a mind of their own and been Broncy. Two eyed red buck included, had a few of them as well. Talented but not enough for barrels, that being sad Iβve had a lot of cow horses.
Favorite mare was a DTF Crossed with OTMR, poor confirmation, small feet, small boned, a product of over breeding Iβm assuming but had the brains and talent.
I want a sturdy big boned horse that is built to last - donβt see many of them anymore.
