Expert Posts: 1516 Location: Illinois	I did mine with Brett & Bob Parsons at Panther Creek Ranch. Did my internship with them in Weatherford and then they hired me on as an employee up at their place in central IL. They're cutters and were great about letting me really learn the ropes and not just lope horses all day. The let me ride one working the flag and offered to let me cut a couple cows on their best horse after about a year. I learned so much, not just about cutting, but just about riding in general & I came out of it a better rider from that than my 2 years at school riding in classes
