I have the regular Simplicity and the Simplicity II with a dog bone. I like both. The Simplicity II has a little slower reaction time with the 2 separate gag actions so I like it better for my super soft mouthed horse.
Carol has a great video on YouTube where she explains all of her bits and how they work. Check it out!

How many of you use curb chains on your Simplicity bits? I'm having a hard time with that, it seems to work better without but I would like a tidge more leverage on it.

I got the one with the chain mouth. The horse I used it on is nice broke , solid etc. he loves to run in a little S hack and I just ride him in a delight. Anyway, I had my reasons for trying it , and he just pushed on me something fierce! Stiff as a board. So it’s all good! The delight it is !

I found a winner lol. My horse loves the Goosetree Delight bit with the snaffle/small link of chain in the middle. Very relaxed and responsive. He actually does not mind the regular simplicity but loves the delight. The simplicity II , no way! Lol

I run my filly in a simplicity with a curb chain. Won a lot of money that way. But I have a few simplicities without the curb chain on them. Depends on the horse.
