| I love looking at prime equine real estate. Clinton Anderson's and Chis Cox's ranches are for sale currently. Wonder where they are relocating? Downsizing? Anyways...links below.

| It's gross that so many people give these guys their money that they can build such gaudy facilities when there are true horsemen all over the country that are just getting by. A slick tongue is better than talent. |

Location: South Dakota | I do like Chris Cox's methods, and enjoy his show. There is also the Triangle C Ranch in Wyoming, where they go for the summer months. |

Location: Illinois | When I was loping for a cutter in TX probably 10 years ago Clinton stopped by with some colts to ride. He and my boss were buddies and a lot of people would come over and ride with us. Anyway, I was never a big Clinton fan but I definitely learned a lot. He had a much different personality when it was just us doing our thing on some 2 year olds. I would have never guessed he was a famous trainer if I hadn't already been aware of who he was. I appreciated getting to learn from him & I was getting paid to do it! Lol. Everyone is going to have their own opinions on them as trainers, doesn't mean they're crap. I think they're good at what they do, are the perfect? No, but all trainers have their pros and cons and it takes a special person to be able to do what they do on such a large scale like that. As for their places, they're two very nice, well thought out facilities and I would feel honored to own either one of them regardless of who they were built by. |

I donβt know about CA but Chris and Barbara bought a place a little bit north and east of their original place in Mineral Wells. Itβs off the beaten path and is a beautiful piece of land. A couple of years ago when I was there they were just running cattle on it but had just graded off a place for the indoor arena. |

So if any of these great horsemen you're speaking about suddenly had the same good fortune as Chris and Clinton, and people started paying them so much money that they could build muli-million dollar facilities, you'd be ok with that? But not ok with Chris and Clinton doing it?
They didn't get to where they are by sucking at what they do. |

Nope, because the real horsemen out there don't sucker people out of their money by smooth talking them and selling them a bunch of stuff that they don't need or that is ridiculously over priced because it has their brand on it. They are real, humble, and I guess that's why they'll never be rich. "Good fortune" is being able to sucker people into their programs. There are many before and there will be many after these two guys that are great, if not greater, horsemen than them. |

well he couldn't sell his items if there wasn't any demand........ I don't care how people make a living or how much they make........As long as I'm not supporting them with my hard earned tax dollars......................we can thank Obama for creating that |

Location: TN | I went to one of CA's clinics when he first started. Very informative and got a lot out of it. You couldn't pay me to go to one today. He has changed a lot. More about making money than helping people with their horses. |
