This is such a weird story.  Now they are saying he did it because he was mad about his Salary.  Is this a new Generational problem we are going to start seeing.  "Victimhood negotiation".  I do not understand this at all.

This epidemic of “hate crime hoaxes” is a threat to one of the most vital of Democrat tools.  The Jussie Smollett hoax is what happens when the demand for racism is greater than the supply.

The Democrat Party actually loves racism.  Racism is their most powerful tool.  Without racism, they are lost. They will label just about anything “racist” to further their agenda, even milk.

Thus the reason I have no respect at all for the left.  The ends justify the means to them.  

Obama has brought racisism back from the dead.  I never used to be but I am getting sick and tired of hearing how bad it is while they are buying all the lifestyle of things on the working persone dime.

Trump has been admonished even by many in his own party for saying our media is the “enemy of the people”. The Covington hate crime hoax and this Smollett hate crime hoax was perpetrated, in part by the media, along with celebrities and Democrat presidential candidates. The superintendent of the CPD, a black man, stated this, unambiguously.

Trump is right.  Most of our media is the enemy of the people. 

Yea, I do not get how this would translate into a pay raise on Empire.  I understand that publicity- no publicity is bad publicity ( I guess he proved that adage wrong) can boost a career.    It’s my understanding that he was going to launch a music video and I thought this was to get his name in the headlines and some recognition before that launch.  The guy mst not be very bright, this was the worst con I’ve seen in a while.    The bigger story is the media’s and politicians rush to judgment and willingness to overlook the obvious red flags just to promote their agenda.   

God forbid someone work harder to get a salary increase. 

Nah, a crime hoax seems like a cheaper, easier, faster plan.

I mean really? If you stop and think about the story...

You had two Nigerians walking around Chicago at 2am with a noose, bleach and beating this guy that is an actor (and the Nigerians knew what show he was on) that just so happens to be walking around at the same time and they knew he was gay?!

And to boot...they were yelling that it was MAGA Country? Chicago is not that.

The face/narrative of this story from the beginning was just a wee bit out there if anyone really thought about it.

He will probably only get a fine, which will be paid by whoever put him up to this anyway! I think this country is in a bad place now and as long as the media and democratic party keep at it nothing will be done by republicans and conservatives because they fear being called racist or worse. We have an infestation of corruption that will be the destruction of this country unless people wake up! They are already working on doing away with the electoral college as we speak!! I worry about my childrens future the way this country is going!

Oh, just the fact that he went home with the noose around his neck was the clincher for me.  That was just absurd.    Can't help but wonder if the two Nigerians are here legally.  I always wonder when they're called out as "Nigerians" rather than just a couple of guys looking to make a buck.

This is why he did it.  They don't need any other reason.  But here's the deal.  Which one of those so called friends is going to save his a$$ now?  He's destroyed his career and his life for them.

From what I heard I think their parents were from Nigeria and immigrated here.

The two brothers were actually born and raised in Chicago. They did travel back there just after this supposedly happened for like 2 weeks.
