1 Chronicles 16:34 Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever....From time to time on life's journey, we find ourselves standing at temptations corner, that place where we are called to make a decision as to which way we should turn.  Whenever we find ourselves at the intersection, we can be sure the tempter is always there seeking to lure us into making a wrong turn.  To keep from doing so, we should ask ourselves, " If I go this way, say this thing, or do this deed, will I thank God afterward?"  The Bible says, " In EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" 1 Thessalonians 5:18. We are called upon to give thanks " IN EVERYTHING". Not "for" everything but IN everything, and that's an important distinction.  If we are tempted toward an attitude or action for which we robably or even definintely not give God thanks in the aftermath, then we should AVOID it.   Lord, HELP me to get to the place where I can THANK YOU " IN EVERYHING, guide me to DO ALL things that will bring GLORY AND HONOR TO You AMEN for it is WITH God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE Matthe 19:26
