You are not kidding there, I sent in my renewal in Jan. They cashed the check a week later. I am still waiting on my new card... emailed them twice. The first time I got a call back and was promissed the new card would be in the mail the next day. 3 weeks later nothing.... so I filled out the form online about a new card. Got an email with a temp membership card a couple of days later, with again the message that a card was reordered. That was on June 7... And I am still waiting.... So I would say....nope.... not better at all.... |

Well, here's to hoping they wil figure things out! I have a mare bred this year, so they have till around March 2020 to get it right.... But seriously, I sure hope they get things fixed soon! The stories I read about online are horrible! |

Location: Washington | I FINALLY got a positive transaction! I left a call back number yesterday about 10 am and got a call back at 6:40 this morning!!! This was after the run around with new site, releasing stud report, submitting registrations and trying to order DNA/5 Panels for 2 horses. Which they had sent one but not the 2nd and that was over a month ago. Since I had them on the phone, I ordered a 3rd test for a new horse and received both in my email this morning, shortly after hanging up the phone. Both tests are now in the mail box waiting for mail to be picked up. Once results are done, I'll have the joys of sending in a handful of transfers, this way varification/results on listed on the papers. Hoping by then everything is ironed out. |

Location: NW. Florida | A friend of mine on Facebook posted she sent in papers to be transfered into her name, and received papers to a horse she did NOT own. So, with that I would say no, not any better. I will not be renewing my membership. |

I keep checking the America's Horse magazine for an article that addresses what has caused their problems and their action plan to resolve it. I have seen nothing. If this were a company, upper managment would have been fired by now. |

I just always give them my number.
Never had one ask for the actual card.
Interesting. |

Interesting. Probably depends on the dealership. Last time they needed a copy of the card for the file.

Location: North of the 49th Parallel | No. I have a filly I need to register that when I go try and register her online, AQHA says she was bred via frozen semen yet I know she wasn't and the breeders/stud report absolutely does not say frozen. Shall be a fun process. She doesn't need to be DNA'd (bred AI onsite) but I will to hopefully alleviate the headache that this is going to cause. |
