Have Political posts been posted then they get deleted? Just wondering as I have not seen any political posts posted in a while Or did everybody just calm down? I enjoyed most of them because the ones that posted them is in the loop and gets me to pay attention more to the news as to whats going on.

Edited because I meant to say most not post

I wondered about that too.  Fill us in vj.   I think they're very informative and a little fracus never hurt anybody.

I was upset when I saw this--I thought mods were telling us no more political talk!!

(The most contentious thing I'd seen posted lately was the thread about buying homes for your kids. . . )

I think people are hesitant to post them sometimes for fear of offending.  It's pretty plain that most folks on this board are conservative (the nature of people who loves horses, tractors and the USA)

Liberals go off their rocker.

One of our board buddies posted something <about people who are in the ag business or have animals voting liberal/dem being a special kind of stupid> on HER own facebook page and was accosted by a liberal who was offended by it. <shocker> The offended liberal <redundant?> proceeded to try to shame BB for her post and make her back down. Offended liberal became aware very shortly that BB has a lot of friends who agreed with her post.

Let me double down. PSA: If you are a liberal and you vote democrat, you are voting for the removal of our right to have animals and are voting to put yourself out of business with ridiculous and overbearing regulations.  PERIOD. Wake the hell up.  End of PSA.

They tend to be discussions until an angry liberal chimes in.  Then they tend to go south rapidly.  You actually can disagree without getting angry but even my own liberal sister goes all AOC when it comes to putting forth a conservative view no matter what it is.

When you have facts and you're rational, you can debate without getting angry. Libs are all about feelings. All they have are lies. So they have nothing to debate with.  I get a kick out of Dan Bongino lately. He doesn't mince words.

My husband and I went out to dinner the other night and as we were walking out of the restaurant a 20 something young man was walking in with his girlfriend, he was wearing a t shirt that read "Annoy a Liberal" under that it said TRUMP  lol! My hubby gave him a high 5

For folks who only have liberal media available you're really only getting a one-sided slant on everything.  It's why the media hates FOX.

Today the City of San Francisco Board of Supervisors have declared the National Rifle Association a domestic terrorist group.    Also the Governor of California has made it no longer your civic duty to help a cop in trouble.  You may look the other way if like.  Be a coward.  California reeks of liberal.

If you have a choice between liberal main stream media and nothing. Choose nothing.  You'll be better off.

If you have a computer go to youtube and find you some real news sources.  If you want me to tell you some good sources on Youtube to watch.  Well researched and often open source news. I can get you a list of links.

I get a kick out of the most angry people I've ever encounted, the GOP'er, calling others angry. And talk about Dan Bonggong, he is one of the most angry people to ever get a gig on the air.

He's funny to listen to just because he will blow a gasket over a hangnail.

And Faux News being fair? Hahaha! Even Trump can't keep up with Faux News' lies anymore.

But lets get back to "facts". Mexico is going to pay for this wall.  Check! The government shuitdown was orchestrated by the Donald to last long enough to permanently fire the workers. Check!

The hurricane is going to hit Alabama. Check. We can destroy hurricanes by dropping a nuclear bomb in the eye. Check!

Drain the swamp! Check! If you mean only tumpers being charged and only trumpers going to jail.

I get it that the GOP'er have their own "facts". Doesn't matter if those facts are only found in the world of tin foil, they are by God "facts"

And attacking people? I've only seen the GOP'ers go on the attack. And they attack in packs. Then whine when called on it. And speak in absolutes? How about this?:

"Let me double down. PSA: If you are a liberal and you vote democrat, you are voting for the removal of our right to have animals and are voting to put yourself out of business with ridiculous and overbearing regulations. PERIOD. Wake the hell up. End of PSA. "

^^That s a real open mind and ready for civil discourse.

Sounds like it's straight from Dan BongGong, Rush Dumbbaugh, The crazy judge lady that even Faux News suspended, Laura Ingrate, Steve Douchebagy, and on and on. Real reasonable people all!

The ANTIFA people are nut jobs. But no more so than the Alt-right. Fortunately this country has never been governed by the extemes of any party, until maybe now?

But this has happened before. Trump is simply a modern day McKinley. A puppet of the super rich. There doesn't appear to be a Teddy Roosevelt on the horizen this time though. The point is that the US has suffered thru tyrants before and came out stronger than before.

I will credit the GOP. They are great campaigners. Always have been. They can just rail against the status quo because people just like to hear that. But then every time they win from that campaigning against everything, they can't govern. That's because they are not for anything. their whole body, mind and soul is wired to be against. It's sad really, but it's as regular as clockwork. Senator Wendell Ford told me as much 35 years ago. He's been proven to be correct over my lifetime.

I don't believe trump will be re-elected. Most GOP'er will be happy again because they can go back to being against everything and assume their their normal positions.

And I know, I know. Trump can't do anything because the democrats won't let him. I've heard that record too. 'Cept he had a GOP congress, senate and a stacked Supreme court for his first 2 years. Still has all but the congress. Has a majority of governors to boot. Yet, what has he done? Gave a tax cut to the rich on the backs of the next generations. Where's all the talk about the deficit now? That's all we heard from the GOP for 8 years. Everyday, every night, all over Faux News everyday. Now the debt has exploded and the GOP and Faux News don't even know it exists?

We are now a laughing stock around the world. Farmers are up in arms abolut the tariffs. And coal? That one hits home to me living in Ky. "We're going to bring coal back". Last coal mine in my county closed last month. The last coal mine in my neighboring county announced today they are closing. There's less coal miners and less coal being mined in Ky today than on Trump's inaguaration day.

But these "facts" cease to exist in the minds of the GOP.
