help need a easy recipe    my not working

 

got  a small bag soft werher carmels a dad of heavy cream  nuked  it  soft  very  tried to let cool a tad  but got on pecan just slid off some stayed

 

ok  nex batch no cream  did 3 ps of carmel  had a pan in freezer   cover pan up 2 pecan nuked carmel k8nda sorta  did not do so i drop a pecan in carmel  then  with a bunch on it  carmel  dropped on 2 pecans   it looks ok i will cover with chocolate  but there has got to be an easier  way

 

remember  my hands are very limited quad paws  thanks in advance

try letting the caramel and cream mixture cool a tad bit before pouring over nuts.

Hey it only depends on how it tastes in my book!!!  


LOL, I would not care about the looks I want it to taste good, I sometimes can get a pretty look to somethings I make but just cant get that taste down, so I would rather have the taste then the looks too.

What about using mini muffin tins with liners?  coat the inside of the liners with a thin coat of chocolate, pour in the caramel, add nuts and more chocolate if you please (I would be tempted to leave the chocolate off the top and call them upside down turtles though!). Dust the liner with corn starch or powdered sugar if you're worried about the liner sticking.

carmel   who has made carmel sauce  with condensed milk in a pan of boling water for 3 hours    did it turn out ok thick   

 

or....  i saw that and wondered  thought i would ask before i tried

 

i  have to d thingh the easyu way as my hands  just don/t work to well

1 cup light corn syrup

11/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 quart saucepan,heat corn syrup,brown sugar and butter to boiling,over low heat stirring occaisionly

Stir in whipping cream and heat to boiling.  Cool 30 minutes serve warm,or store in fridge.

that  cooking in a pan is above what i am able to do.  with my hand both dexterity and stenght.  

 

but i did take soft werthers  cut them in small ps and chopped pecans up  nuked the made small balls  threw in freezer for 20 minutes or so

 

then melted chocolate in mocro wave  poured chocolate over them    they butt ugly but tasted delish    so i get some small muffin thing  i thnk i try that but got to go store
