Anyone else have issues with Adobe Photoshop Elements downloading to windows 10?

Yes. Even my computer savvy kids at school could not make it work!  The other day I was playing around with my computer and just accidentally went to apps and there it was. When you open it up you can get a little icon for the tool bar at the bottom.  Hope that works for you!  I have had that program on my computer for about a year and could not believe the kids at school could not find the program on it. 

Are you downloading the latest version? Older versions may not work with 10 depending on how old

Does your computer meet the required specs for Elements?

You might need to update your drivers. I have had to do that a couple of times for the Photoshop CC updates

Yes, brand new computer. It downloads fine, but then I get a .dll error. Spent $159 with dell to get a software warrenty and 3 hrs later, even they couldn't get it to work. It's been downloaded and uninstalled at least 6 times now.

Spent 45 minutes with Adobe on hold waiting for a technician. 

I have had that issue before. Since I have PS on a laptop & PC I just copied the .dll from one to the other

A very easy fix once they give you the file
