Following, my 7 year old daughter really wants to go. So still trying to figure out how much I would need to save up for! And kid friendly sights, hotels etc we can do during the day
Day time adventures for kids or adults .. Look for a city bus with windows all around and take a trip down the strip.. these are not tour buses looking at all the casinos ... they are even more magnificent when lit up at night .. You will find dancing water fountains, a pirate show and various other things street side .. There are crazy rides on top of one of them similar to 6 flags .. google Vegas casinos and print off a map so you can get your bearings and use it to make a list of things to see from one end of the strip to the other ... make a 3 ring note book to print hotels and points of interest in as a future guide .. There are several huge sites with people selling all kinds of stuff at various locations .. and of course you will find contestants signing autographs everywhere ... lots of venders at the NFR site FOOD .. You will find fantastic buffets at various casinos from seafood to steaks to enjoy and just a walk thru the hotel part with a kid is amazing too ... hotdogs on a stick or huge dogs in a bun .. lol To save yourself some money ... give your kid some money to spend all on their own and you will be amazed how they make decisions on what to buy with their own money ... carry a little notepad or your phone to write down vendors you want to return to ... it is easy to lose track of where you saw what in these big halls with all the vendors ... YOU CAN'T HELP BUT HAVE A GOOD TIME JUST LOOKING AT ALL THE SIGHTS IN VEGAS! |
