Prayers that this rally stays peaceful, alot of angry people in the crowd..

I hope it stays peaceful! An older gentleman at the gun range was telling us the other day his son will ne attending this rally out there and there was rumours of antifa joining in to support gun rights ... imagine that... he told me he was worried sick about his son.

That rally has got to be so nerve racking for the familys, but By Golly I'm so glad that they are standing up for their rights as gun owners. Prayers for all the men, women at this rally and prayers for the parents of these young people that are at this event

Antifa won't be there to support gun rights. They will be there to start something.  

Sadly, I am posting this, knowing that the Governor of Virginia has declared a State of Emergency in our state.

I want you to be aware of how we are being set up.

.....and isn't it ironic that the same people who invite, condone and protect the tens of thousands of criminals fleeing from foreign countries so they'll be out of reach here, are in league to take guns away from the citizens who need them to protect themselves from this element........you know like the illegal who just sexually assaulted and murdered a 92 year old woman and the three who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl.  Those guys.

Please forgive me if this is totally ignorant... I dont watch much tv or listen to talk radio on politics etc etc... I try to avoid it, in fact because honestly, it stresses me out. I know it may sound like I'm checked out on the world's goings on... but why did this all come about and in Virginia? Who is behind this rally? 

The rally is being put on by patriots against the overreaching democrap legislators and governor in VA passing laws to take 2A or restrict it severely.  They are demonstrating against their overreach.  It's just the beginnning. Every democrap government across the country is doing the same thing in increments.  

Think of it like the fable of the frog in a pot of water. He doesn't realize he's being boiled alive until it's too late. Well the people are awake and they realize what is happening. 

Any gun owner in VA is very aware of what is happening. We have a plan to move the whole safe a bit south if needed. 

But the real deal is more the red-flag law(s) that may be passed rather than losing our right to own. I honestly feel that this will all come down to a few restrictions, not a disarming. But the red-flag laws are 1000% scary. So I'm not known as the nicest person on earth, I wear my emotions kinda on my sleeve, and I even tho I'm a hermit at heart, I do have contact with other humans on a daily basis. So I piff someone off a bit, they know or find out my address, they know I'm a gun owner. Next thing you know we get swarmed and doors are being kicked in and who knows if shots would be fired. Not only would we be under suspicion of starting WWIII due to the number of guns and rounds, but we have a pharmacy of powerful injectable drugs! All this because I piffed off a liberal somewhere in my day. Or maybe not even a liberal? 

We've all heard and read about the people who this stuff has happened to. It can. It will. If the red-flag laws are passed. 

The rally today was peaceful. The only peeps stressed about it was the press. No show, no story. 

Red flags laws ARE the incremental restriction and eventual removal of guns.

What's going on there is almost more than my poor brain can comprehend. . . Our forefathers must surely be rolling over.  

Chandler sent me a pic from the rally showing deputies from, I believe Grant county, in and out of uniform with a sign saying "We support 2nd Amendment rights."    God bless them and all the ones standing up in VA.

Many many counties have declared 'sanctuary' on this issue. And many police/sheriff departments have declared they will not enforce. Virginia is just too close to the center of power to not be affected by the liberal loonies. 

I've never 'belonged' out here. I am midwest born and bred and have always been rather 'redneck' compared to my neighbors and co-workers. OMG - the reaction I get from other horse peeps around here when I tell them I don't have a barn!!  You'd think I was the worst animal abuser ever! 

I would have never dreamed our great nation would be where it is today. . . I don't know WHY I felt like that, but I did.  I can see this overall situation going wrong in so many different ways. 

Glad to know this type of sanctuary is one I believe in!

It was pretty plain via soundbites from CNN and MSNBC (Hannity calls them MSDNC), they were desperately wanting violence so they could say "I told you so."  They were all calling these demonstrators white nationalists and militia, white supremists........always makes me cringe when white people are mischaracterizing white people.  Come on lib media, you have very few minority commentators.  Don't go after white people.  Oh and there were also minorities in this crowd of demonstrators.
