I actually buy this and it would explain Biden's crazy cover story.  Kicking a fluffy fat arse would be like kicking a marshmallow so damage control would need to be done.  Imagine not only is Biden mentally declining he is also on the physical decline.  Trump wins again.Never count that man out!
